Your package will arrive using the United States Post Service in a Flat Rate Box.

Yes, there is a minimum $20 per order.
Will you ship outside the US?

Not currently. If you’d like our sauces or rubs and are outside of the US please let us know on our contact page and we’ll see if we can make accommodations for you.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please call or email us and we will replace your product.
Do you offer refunds?

No, due to the nature of the food service business we can’t return a product to inventory after it has been shipped from our location. Please contact us if you have any questions.
