Hi I'm Nick! It's Nice To Meet You!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my website. I’m sure you want to know a little bit more about me so here goes. What began as a career in the tech field after high school quickly returned to my roots and love for cooking.

I’ve worked as a restaurant and cafeteria manager in the Camilla School System, managed concessions at the US 19 Dragway, opened my own restaurant, Nick A Million Dynamic Wings & More, then found that I was missing too many important moments in my children’s life. I really missed spending time with them and watching them play football. The restaurant business just took too much of my time.

I believe that life is full of twists and turns to lead you to the direction you were meant to go. I had a vision and found the right people to go along with me on my journey and the love and support of my family.

Growing up with a social family we had large family gatherings for every occasion and there was always a reason to fire up the grill for some good old fashioned family fun. We love creating lasting memories over home cooked meals and sharing our lives with each other.

Early on I became the man behind the grill and I loved every minute of it. I was already experimenting with spices and sauces to perfect my BBQ sauce. Things really started to unlock in my mind after attending Culinary School. I better understood how flavors blended together could change the taste of a meal. A little more experimenting and some expert taste testers said I’d done it! You can purchase my sauces and rub right here on my website.

My Passion For Food

My passion for food led to an event food service business. You can find me at local events and festivals cooking up your favorite festival food like, Philly steaks, stir fry, funnel cakes and deep-fried Oreos. Always with the support of my family who are there having fun, serving our customers and spending time together. We expanded even further with our catering side of the business.
